I cannot fault the professional and personable service provided by Grant Douglas. Grant went beyond any expectations of what a real estate agent is required to do. Nothing was too hard, from showing people through the house out of hours, letting maintenance people in, opening and closing windows during the day…. Communication was excellent, I received regular emails and phone calls updating me on every step of the process. The weekly reports were totally unexpected and extremely interesting and informative. In all, an extremely positive experience, to what would normally be a stressful process.
