Having recently purchased my first home, I understand how stressful it can be when the channels of communication do not flow between sales agent and vendor/purchaser. Like everyone, I try to achieve that work/life balance. When I am not working hard on my portfolio I am busy working on house renovations, DIY and craft projects as well as enjoying family time.
