Features such as underfloor heating, full air conditioning, security system and solar panels on the roof make this a opportunity not to be missed!

The Caravan is fully self-contained and many items are included in the price such as a dishwasher and washing machine! (separate list of chattels available). A weekly rental fee is paid to the camp which includes the cost of power and rubbish removal as well as the use of toilets, dining area, and Rec room if required. Broadband and Sky TV are available (at owners' cost).

The low-maintenance Caravan has been fully upgraded meaning no work for you (receipts available) and is in a peaceful part of the Coast...an easy drive to Coastlands, Train Station, and the Beach.
