This gorgeous cottage is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac with bird song, snippets of mountain views and a babbling brook right on your own boundary. Come on in past the parking meter and through the front door, enjoy the solid timber floors that guide you to follow the hallway and take a seat in the fabulous living room at the rear of the house. It's open plan and oozes charm, quirkiness and definitely welcomes you here. Open the French doors on to a spacious and sunny deck that overlooks your very own stream; beautiful, refreshing and peaceful.

Back inside there are two double bedrooms, a single bunkroom and another single room which is currently used as the office. The modern bathroom also houses the laundry and includes this fantastic Swedish dryer, the bees knees for airing all your outdoor garments.

Set up as the perfect ski chalet, there's ski racks and accompanying shelves for all the other accessories, and on the back deck you'll find two chairlift seats, great features in Ohakune, NZ's Mountain town.

The furniture is fun and befitting of the cottage, and the great news is that most of it can stay, all helping to exude a little bit of magic for you to relax and enjoy.
