Michael is a big energy connection-maker who challenges the status quo, identifies the disruption point, streamlines systems & pushes businesses through needed change. Sam Mctintyre

Owner & Head of Sales

Sam is a highly driven entrepreneur who doesn’t believe in a glass ceiling. He’s won every sales record he set my mind to in banking and more recently in the real estate category. Our salespeople earn more. Here’s how

We pay our salespeople a higher proportion of the commission. Most real estate companies fail to disclose the actual expenses you will incur post sale and how these expenses may affect your actual commission split and resultant income. Deductions such as off-the-top fees, franchise fees, desk fees, shared listings and other ancillary expenses can dramatically reduce the com-mission you earn.
