Talofa lava – my name’s Seinafolava Sanele Chadwick but you can call me Sa. I was born and bred on the Kāpiti Coast and went to St Patrick’s Primary School (when it was over the tracks) and then to Kāpiti College.

I left the Coast and studied an Arts degree at Victoria University before moving down to Christchurch to study Journalism at the New Zealand Broadcasting School. After graduating I was fortunate enough to gain an internship with TV3 News (now called Newshub) as a Broadcast Journalist.

I’ve also worked at Television New Zealand as a director/reporter/camera operator and for the past several years have been working as a Freelance Content Creator.

After 6-years in Auckland my Wife and I decided it was time to move back home to the Kāpiti Coast with our 2 young children because we think the Coast is hand’s down one of best places to live in New Zealand.

Now I’m bringing my experience from the film and TV industry into real estate, where I’ve seen an increasing demand for professional digital marketing.

I joined Tall Poppy because I like how they do real estate; honestly, professionally and always with the home owner at the centre of everything they do. I love how they challenge the industry and are always looking at new and better way of doing things.
