Proudly Taranaki born and bred, with over ten years experience and enjoyment helping my fabulous clients reach their property goals in both residential and lifestyle property sales. I know the local area well and work across all of New Plymouth and surrounding areas in each and every price range.

I can honestly say that I genuinely care about achieving best possible outcome, whether it is; achieving a specific goal, meeting time frame expectations, or managing a unique situation. While confidently ensuring that my clients feel completely comfortable throughout their home selling experience; positive and stress-free!

I've always had a passion for property improvements, design and renovations. A late career change from transport engineering into the new home building industry was a good solid start; then I was excited to launch into New Plymouth Real Estate. During this early time, I quickly learnt that Real Estate wasn’t just about selling houses – it's first and foremost about people.

I like to keep Real Estate real, be myself and ‘treat others how you would like to be treated' – it’s an oldie but always a goodie! In this often fast-paced high-tech world, what will always stand in the highest regard for me is the importance of personal one-on-one service, professionalism and trust – with a good dose of fun along the way.

As an sales consultant, I think it's important to have the ability to tailor to the unique needs of each client’s situation, and it's equally important to have the ability to know the right targeted market for the property you're selling. Finding the ‘hook’ of your home, thinking outside the square, assisting with budget-friendly home presentation tips and having all the essential modern marketing tools are all things I consider can add value to your property sale. I thoroughly enjoy home styling, so when it comes to marketing your home you can expect attention to detail in all respects – from quick and easy presentation ideas right through to top-quality advertising.

When not hard at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, two gorgeous grandchildren, great friends, my tropical garden, walking the fur babies on the beach, getting out on the motorbike and being actively involved in our local community.
