Savings are calculated based on actual fees charged to homeowners who listed and sold their properties with Tall Poppy in the advertised region between 11 October 2012 and 4 October 2016. We have compared the unbeatable flat fee amount we charged with the standard commission rate of the Real Estate Industry in the area of 3.95% up to $350,000 plus 2% thereafter plus $500 plus GST (see www.realestatefees.co.nz for more information). The difference in amounts equals the savings our clients have made.
